Your item will usually ship within a week via either UPS or FedEx ground.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we will happily accept a return. Here are the steps to return your item:
- Notify us within seven days of receipt of the item with the details of the purchase and your reason for wanting to return it
- Keep the original packing material to ship the item back
- We will send a pickup order to come and get the item
- We will then issue a refund
